    At Bloomwell, we understand that wellness is a journey, not a destination. That's why we offer a variety of weekly classes, including Yoga, Pilates, and our signature Bloomwell Method. With so many classes to choose from, you'll never get bored with our programs.

    Looking for a way to celebrate with your employees? Our team will work with you to plan a full day of well-being, whether it's an end-of-year party, a wellness day, or any other occasion. We'll take care of everything so you can focus on enjoying a day of relaxation, focus, and happiness.

Our Classes

  • The Bloomwell Method

    A unique approach designed by our head coach to enhance focus, relax muscles, and boost energy levels. Our expert trainers will guide you through tailored movements, leaving you feeling rejuvenated.

  • Vinyasa Flow Yoga

    Focus on the body-breath connection. Encourage the body to energetically flow through poses. While moving it out on the mat, participants will release physical tension, stretch and strengthen their bodies.

  • Battle of the HIITs

    Beyoncé versus Rihanna? Bruno Mars versus Adam Levine? This high intensity interval training class will have you working out to your favorite tunes. We’ll see which artist really makes us sweat it out!

  • Kickstart your Day Warmup

    Start your day off right with a whole-body interactive warmup designed to energize and invigorate. Our focus on stretching and mobility exercises will leave you feeling refreshed and ready to tackle anything.

  • Building Habits into Your Busy Day

    An interactive workshop to focus on making healthy changes in our lives and strategies to stick with our new plans. We will work with partners to help clearly identify our goals and stick with our new healthy habits.

  • Brain and Body Connection

    Learn how the brain's autopilot controls much of the body and how we function.  We will discuss why a regular wellness and exercise routine is essential for a healthy brain and a healthy body long term.

  • Workspace Workout

    Stretching, breathing, and brain resetting exercises done at your desk to take a break from the workday and come back with your mind and body clear and refreshed.

  • Cooking Class

    With a focus on organic, seasonal ingredients, our Ayurvedic chef will teach you simple, easy-to-follow recipes that will satisfy your taste buds and nourish your body.

  • Combate

    Experience the transformative power of martial arts with a progression-based martial arts class focusing on developing new skills, burning calories, and reducing stress.
